Chèvre - Herb & Fennel Pollen

Creamed goat cheese mixed with herbs de Provence and fennel pollen, finished off with a sprinkle of fennel pollen and lavender flowers. Wonderful to spread on crackers or fold in egg dishes. Delicious stuffed under poultry skin before roasting.
